I do not play an instrument, but nearing the end of this year (2022), I will have 50 songs written, which couldn't have happened without Annelise and her fellow professionals, nor without my fellow group members, who have all become good friends, coaching me along. I am so much more than pleased with my results. Annelise writes a song per week as well, and we all give feedback to each other; these peer reviews have shown me what is great about my songs (which always keeps me in good spirits), as well as showing me specifically how my songs need help. I never thought I'd have the confidence to do it, but great things have happened as I've simply followed the guidelines and kept to the deadlines. I can confidently say I'm a songwriter. You soon realize you don't need perfect songs to submit, you simply submit what you've been working on, and Annelise/The Group give great feedback, then you can revise anytime you wish and resubmit for additional feedback .It's all designed to help you make the best song you can, and it works at whatever level you are. It's been life-changing, and the most fun I've had in my life.
